Title: Vice President, Strategic Financial Services Duties: Responsible for business development - identifying business opportunities, developing the opportunity and closing a financial relationship that may include: success based transaction fees, project and management fees, monthly retainers and/or equity participation through a carried interest or investment. Responsible for delivery of services - strategic financial and management consultation, corporate financial transaction intermediary services such as capital formation (including principal activity), selling companies, mergers and acquisition advisory and active management for the client (including holding card carrying positions on the client's staff). Responsible for conceptual structuring of deals - which may include: corporate structure, capitalization structuring, assembling corporate management teams and corporate combinations. Requirements: Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, plus at least 4 years of senior corporate/operational or consultative experience. The 4 years of experience may be gained pre- or post- grant of MBA, and must include corporate financial intermediary and/or principal transaction work.
