CAREER SUMMARY Mr. Olds joined Jordan, Knauff & Company as an Associate shortly after the its founding in 2001. With over ten years of professional experience, Mr. Olds' background includes work in engineering, project management, venture capital and investment banking. As the third member of the Jordan, Knauff & Company team, Mr. Olds has been instrumental in the firm's success to date. In 2004, he was promoted to Senior Associate. Since joining Jordan, Knauff & Company, Mr. Olds has completed or worked on over 20 transactions. His experience includes business sales, capital raises and acquisition advisory transactions across a variety of manufacturing, distribution and services industries. Prior to joining Jordan, Knauff & Company, Mr. Olds worked for Polestar Capital Partners, L.P., a Chicago-based venture capital firm dedicated to investing in early-stage technology companies. Before Polestar, he spent five years at Caltex Petroleum Corporation, an international petroleum refining company headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
