Mr. Jordan has served as a Director and variously, Chairman of the Audit Committee or the Compensation Committee of many public and private companies, including Sylvan Learning Centers, Inc., Propane Continental, Inc., Atlantic Premium Brands, Ltd. (Other OTC: APBL.PK), Tom's Foods, Inc., NutriSystem®, Inc., Truswal Systems, Inc., Durowal, Inc. and Smart Warehousing, LLC. He is a co-founder of Liberty Propane, L.P. and Smart Warehousing, LLC.

Thomas E. Knauff, Managing Principal
More than 30 years of executive, operations and transaction experience in energy distribution, business services and other industries. Served as Division Manager for Ferrelgas Partners, L.P. (NYSE: FGP), and helped integrate the $400 million leveraged buyout of Buckeye Gas Products Company. Co-founded and served as President of Propane Continental, Inc., a private equity funded energy distribution company that completed 36 acquisitions over five years. Ultimately led the sale of the company to a publicly traded competitor. Mr. Knauff is a co-founder of Liberty Propane, L.P.

MIGUEL A. PACHICANO, MANAGING DIRECTOR
NATURAL RESOURCES AND RENEWABLE ENERGY

Approximately 20 years of commercial banking and investment banking experience, including 14 years of domestic and international transaction structuring and mergers and acquisitions advisory assignments. Successfully structured over $9 billion in capital raising efforts. Industry experience includes natural gas and coal-fired generating facilities, renewable energy (wind, solar, hydro, waste-to-energy and bio fuels), liquefied natural gas, pipelines, mining and natural gas storage. Significant experience in commercial structures, cash flow/technical analysis, senior and subordinated debt structuring, mezzanine and equity funding and asset valuation. Leads the firm’s efforts in the natural resources and renewable energy industries. Accomplishments include several “first of a kind” and “deal of the year” financings, including the 2008 Americas Power Deal of the Year designation from Project Finance International.

Approximately 12 years of professional experience in investment advisory, business development and investment banking. Significant experience in the sale of businesses and sourcing private equity transactions. Leads the firm's efforts in the window and door industry. Graduate of Central Michigan University (B.S. in Business Administration) and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (M.B.A.).
