Mr. Jordan has served as a Director and variously, Chairman of the Audit Committee or the Compensation Committee of many public and private companies, including Sylvan Learning Centers, Inc.(FINRA: SLVN), Propane Continental, Inc., Atlantic Premium Brands, Ltd.(FINRA: ABR), Tom's Foods, Inc., NutriSystem®, Inc., Truswal Systems, Inc., Durowal, Inc. and Smart Warehousing, LLC. He is a co-founder of Liberty Propane, L.P. and Smart Warehousing, LLC.
More than 30 years of executive, operations and transaction experience in energy distribution, business services and other industries. Served as Division Manager for Ferrelgas Partners, L.P. (NYSE: FGP), and helped integrate the $400 million leveraged buyout of Buckeye Gas Products Company. Co-founded and served as President of Propane Continental, Inc., a private equity funded energy distribution company that completed 36 acquisitions over five years. Ultimately led the sale of the company to a publicly traded competitor. Mr. Knauff is a co-founder of Liberty Propane, L.P.
Over 30 years of accounting, audit and Chief Financial Officer experience. Started career at KPMG, and was promoted to Senior Manager for KPMG Brazil. Thereafter, Mr. Nicholson founded and ultimately managed a middle-market C.P.A. firm, and co-founded a consolidator of middle-market plastic injection molding companies. He later became Chief Financial Officer and led the company through four acquisitions and a merger.
More than 12 years of professional experience in engineering, venture capital and investment banking. Worked on or assisted in the completion of over 30 transactions since joining Jordan, Knauff & Company, including the sale of private companies, capital raises and acquisition advisory transactions. Graduate of the University of Michigan (B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering) and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (M.B.A.). Mr. Olds is a co-founder of Smart Warehousing, LLC.
Approximately 12 years of professional experience in investment advisory, business development and investment banking. Significant experience in the sale of businesses and sourcing private equity transactions. Leads the firm's efforts in the window and door industry. Graduate of Central Michigan University (B.S. in Business Administration) and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (M.B.A.).
Approximately 12 years of professional experience as an entrepreneur, executive and consultant. Significant experience in private equity and venture capital transactions, including capital formation and the sale of companies in which he was part owner. Graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada (B.S.c. in Physics). Finished second in platoon while in Basic Officer Training and was awarded the prestigious Commandant's Award for Exceptional Service. Graduate of the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (M.B.A.).
