Chicago, Ill. (May 3, 2010) – Jordan, Knauff & Company, a middle-market investment bank with offices in Chicago, Illinois and Kansas City, Missouri, is pleased to announce that Mr. Jack C. Gonder has joined the firm's Flow Control Group as a Vice President. Mr. Gonder will be based in the Chicago office and lead the firm's efforts in its growing Flow Control practice. The firm's Flow Control Group advises companies that manufacture and/or distribute products that manage, measure or control the flow of gases or liquids, and is broadly defined as industrial valves, pumps and filters.
Mr. Gonder joins Jordan, Knauff & Company with 20 years of investment banking, corporate finance, commercial banking and specialized finance experience. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Vice President at McGladrey Capital Markets LLC where he was involved in middle-market mergers and acquisitions and capital raising advisory with 18 successful transactions generating approximately $500 million in client liquidity. Mr. Gonder also gained extensive experience in direct debt financing while working with LaSalle Bank N.A. and American National Bank in Chicago, Illinois. He has advised clients in numerous industries with a specific focus in industrial manufacturing, distribution and servicing including pipe, pipeline maintenance, recycling and machinery/equipment rebuild and refurbishment.
