Jordan Knauff & Company Announces Addition of Mr. Peter Lewczykowski

Middle-market investment bank Jordan Knauff & Company (JKC) is pleased to announce that Mr. Peter Lewczykowski has joined the firm as an Analyst.

In his role at JKC, Mr. Lewczykowski will support deal teams through all phases of the capital raise and buy/sell transaction processes utilizing financial research and analysis to facilitate the creation of market- and company-specific valuations, financial models, buyer/investor target lists, transaction marketing materials, and electronic data rooms. He will also be involved in the firm’s marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining JKC, Mr. Lewczykowski conducted market research in the industrials, manufacturing and athletic clothing industries, along with financial statement analyses for business sales.

Mr. Lewczykowski earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Master of Science in Finance at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  He is a member of Rho Epsilon Real Estate organization where he is involved in the recruitment of new members and the expansion of the club’s activities.
