Prior to joining Jordan, Knauff & Company, he spent 11 years at ABN AMRO Inc. As Managing Director - Structured Capital, he was a senior transactor in ABN AMRO’s proprietary investment function for distressed, stressed and higher yielding assets and was responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of debt and equity investments in North America. Prior to this, Mr. Pachicano served as the Managing Director and Group Head - Structured Finance, where he directed a group of professionals dedicated to delivering integrated financing and mergers & acquisitions solutions to clients of LaSalle National Bank, ABN AMRO’s flagship middle-market operation in North America, with headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. As Senior Vice President and Managing Director - Structured Lending, he served as a senior originator responsible for the structuring and execution of structured financings in the capital and bank markets for a range of domestic and international energy assets. Among Mr. Pachicano’s accomplishments while at ABN AMRO were several “first of a kind” and “deal of the year” financings, including the 2008 Americas Power Deal of the Year designation from Project Finance International.
Mr. Pachicano began his career with First Chicago Corporation where he spent nine years working in a variety of functions including financial analysis, debt structuring and risk underwriting/approval. As Vice President - International Risk Management, he was responsible for the approval and management of credit exposure during the course of conducting trade finance, securities underwriting and securities trading in Latin America.
Mr. Pachicano is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
(B.S. - International Finance and Economics, magna cum laude). In 2004, he graduated from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (Executive M.B.A.).
